It didn't get better today

Today wasn't a good day

Today was exhausting 

I tried to balance my emotions, but I lost control. 

I'm only a human. Sometimes I need to lose control and live thru my emotions. 

I hadn't given the chance to however

Thankfully I had a listening ear.
